Good reasons to write

• You spotted a fact that is wrong or out of date.
• You manage a listed hotel and want an error corrected.
• You have a question about the site or how it handles data.
• You know a hotel that fits one of the four categories.

What we cannot do

We do not handle reservations, rates, availability or cancellations, and we cannot pass messages to hotels. Please contact the property itself for anything to do with a stay.

Replies usually take a few working days. Not every suggestion leads to a change, but every correction is checked.
